What types of brands do you work with?
We work with small and mid-sized Shopify brands that want to grow. Most of our clients are in skincare, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, home goods or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). If you have a good product and want to grow, we can help you. We work with both brands that already sell online and brands that need a new Shopify store built from scratch.
What does your performance-driven model mean?
We keep it simple. A part of our fee depends on the results we create for your store. If you grow, we earn more. If you do not, we do not. This means our goals are fully aligned with yours. We take on short term risk because we expect long term growth for both sides
Do you only work with Shopify brands?
Yes. We are a Shopify first agency. Shopify allows us to build, scale, track, and optimize in one ecosystem which leads to stronger long term results for our clients. If you want to move your store to Shopify or need a new store built from scratch and want continued growth after, then we handle the whole process for you.
How fast can we expect results?
You will see improvements in structure, setup and clarity within the first few weeks. Stronger performance improvements usually appear within 30 to 90 days, depending on your starting point, product mix and market.
How do we measure success in a collaboration? 
We keep it simple. Success is measured on real growth. We look at the things that matter:

If your store grows in a stable and predictable way, the collaboration is working. If it does not, we move fast and fix it.
Do you require long contracts?
No. We keep it simple. Our agreements run month to month with a short notice period, because we believe you should stay with us based on results, not a long binding contract.
Do you build new Shopify stores or only optimize existing ones?
We do both. We design and build new Shopify stores from scratch, and we optimize existing stores for higher conversion and growth. If you want a new store or want more out of the one you already have, we can help you.
How do you communicate with your clients?
We keep communication fast and direct.You get a shared Slack channel with us, weekly strategy calls and quick response times during the week. Everything happens in one place so you always know what we are working on and what comes next.
What tech do you use?
We work with tools that give the best results for Shopify brands. Our core stack includes Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Figma and Reaktion. We only use tech that helps us build, scale and track your store in a clear and reliable way.
What do I do if I own woocommerce?
If you want to stay on WooCommerce, then we cannot help you. If you want to move to Shopify, we handle the full migration and build the new store for you from start to finish.
How do I get a free website from GENRISE?
